Congratulations To Miguel Cabrera!

And I say that as one who can still remember the statistics* of Major League Baseball’s last Triple Crown winner from the pocket of the Carl Yastrzemski glove I got for Christmas in 1967.

Last night Cabrera became the first Triple Crown winner in 45 years, and the first Latin American ballplayer ever to win the Triple Crown in MLB.
