Morning Song – Head Shakin’

December 3, 2016

That’s “Head Shakin'” as in “Feel how big and fat and deep that bluesy groove is; it’ll get your head shakin’ in time to the beat“.

It’s also “Head Shakin'” as in “Hear those little fills and improvs? I had my head shakin’ in delight at Patti Bown’s chops“.

And “Head Shakin'” as in “Girlfriend grew up in Seattle playing with Ray Charles and Quincy Jones; when I heard she could play Ellington by ear at 3 years old it left my head shakin’ in amazement that I hadn’t heard of her before“.
