January 14, 2016

It’s like Nathaniel Rateliff decided, “If I want to reach 40, then my songs of existential despair are going to need more than indie-folk acoustic guitar strumming to get me through the night.  I need some soul.

I needed to try, needed to fall;
I needed your love I’m burning away;
I need never get old.
